Finally, many areas of the country are resuming in-person events. The 2021 AED Summit, the Houston Build Expo, and the MHEDA conference have provided us with opportunities to grow and connect once again. We’ve found these conferences are vital to our company culture. Here’s a look at the upcoming tradeshows that you’ll want to attend!
While this conference is exclusively for Caterpillar Dealers, it still has a dramatic impact on the equipment industry. This is a great opportunity for Caterpillar dealers to meet, network, connect and learn. We’ve been fortunate enough to attend this conference for the past several years and it is highly beneficial.
With Kelly Tractor as our host, we are excited to enter the first CAT Dealer Finance Conference since the Covid-19 pandemic. For our part, we will be sponsoring at the conference as well as exhibiting at Table #27. Also, our CEO, Jayme Bates will be speaking on claims trends and difficulties facing heavy equipment dealers.

MHEDA is the Material Handling Equipment Dealer Association, a 501(c)6 non-profit trade association. They are a champion of the material handling industry by helping dealers find and implement solutions. We have been blessed to be members of MHEDA for 5 years. Fortunately, we have an opportunity to become a part of their program at this year’s Rental & Used Equipment Management Conference.
Our CEO, Jayme Bates, will be speaking this year about trends and forecasts for the material handling industry. As well as that, she’ll be sharing some information on challenges that are facing equipment dealerships it should help give equipment managers more insights into the current climate.
Yes, we might be getting a little ahead of things, but we are really excited about exhibiting and attending the AED Summit in 2022! Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) is an international trade association representing companies involved in the distribution, rental and support of equipment used in construction, mining, forestry, power generation, agriculture and industrial applications.
The AED Summit is an incredible opportunity to come together with professionals across the heavy equipment industry spectrum to improve yourself and your team and to build meaningful connections. We go to AED because it makes our industry stronger when we come together and share ideas and our experiences.
Our addition to the cause of “bringing ideas to the table” is through resources we provide to equipment dealers and their rental fleet. If that’s something that applies to your business, come by Booth #868 and say hi! However, even if it doesn’t apply to your business, come by anyway! We’ll definitely have some cool giveaways for everyone!
