How We Manage COIs

Step 1:

The equipment dealer sends us their customer list and hard or soft copies of their certificates of insurance once we receive the information, it gets uploaded into the StraightDocs system.

Step 2:

Our administrators train the dealer rental staff on how to send in new certificates and maximize the benefits of the certificate tracking system.

Step 3:

Our administrators review the certificates of insurance for accuracy and validity. If the COI is noncompliant, we contact the insurance carrier and update the COI information if possible.

Step 4:

At any time, the dealer’s rental staff can tell us which certificates they want to be renewed. Our team steps in and handles the renewal process from there.
