JT Bates Group is pleased to announce Seth Hird as the first Director of Sales and Marketing.
Seth joined JT Bates Group in 2019. Beginning as an intern, he implemented his education in marketing as he learned the many facets of the equipment rental insurance industry. In 2022, he was promoted to the company’s Marketing Manager. While in his role as marketing manager, he oversaw JT Bates Group’s social media accounts, blog content, industry research, advertisements, and more. Additionally, he took an organic view of the company’s positioning and began the initial stages of rebranding.
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Seth will oversee all aspects of the Marketing Department and the Sales Department. Seth, along with our entire team, is working to improve how we care for every customer. We want every dealership employee interacting with JT Bates Group to be positive, helpful, and, most importantly, personal. Adding this new position to our team will help ensure that the client experience is of the highest quality.
Seth sums up his new position like this: “For the past four years, I’ve had the great opportunity to tell dealerships about our company and products. Now, I get to work more directly with dealers to learn about their needs so we can serve them better. Serving the equipment industry has been and continues to be a great privilege, and I’m excited to continue learning.”
